- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Sean really knows what customer service is all about. I had a package delivery sent to his ups store for me to pick up. I called to see what would be the best time to pick it up. He said after 2pm would be good. 10 minutes later the package showed up. He used the caller ID and called me to let me know the package was there. I got to pick it up hours earlier than I thought I was. Gave me the rest of the day to get things done. We'll done!By James Lacy, February 13, 2017
