- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I never received the promised service. Mark Barham put off doing my job for over 10 months. He kept saying he'd be here next week, or after some urgent matter came up, or after the summer when things slowed down, or after he fixed the roof on his friend's beach house, or after the holidays, or after he got caught up on back flow orders he was behind on until I just gave up. I was so dumb to let him string me along like that, but he said he'd already bought the parts for the job, and I didn't want to start over. When I finally did start over, the business I hired got the job done in within 3 weeks and for 28% cheaper.By Rebekah Fowler, March 31, 2017
