- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The people are usually friendly, but every transaction takes much longer than you would expect and the bank does not offer very common services that are standard at other banks. I found myself in a situation where in order to do a bank to bank transfer between two of my own bank accounts, I would have had to pay a $30 fee. Also, using their online banking system has been a constant headache. I have trouble every time, yet none with my other bank's online system.
